Attention CERT Members:

Upcoming CERT Training dates and times: 2nd block May 20 and 27 4th block May 14, 20 and 27 All training will be in the board room.

Attention All Students:

Girl's SOCCER Bowling FUND RAISER is Saturday, May 10th from 2-4 pm @ Maplewood Lanes, Saline. 2 games, shoes, pizza, drinks for $20 per person. 5 person teams encouraged to sign up and bowl for the support of the Milan High School Girl's Soccer Program.

Attention All Students

May 9th, 2008 is the final day for collecting Box Tops, batteries, can tabs, Campbells labels, ink cartridges, and cell phones. Please bring these items in to D102 or your SRT to help your class win the participation challenge.

Attention Soccer Players:

The Milan Youth Soccer Club is holding tryouts for all travel soccer teams, from U-10 to U-18 The tryouts apply for fall 08 and spring 09 seasons. If interested, be at Sanford Road Soccer Fields on Monday June 16th and Monday, June 23rd from 6-8 p.m.

Seniors:

Please check the lists posted outside the guidance office. If your name is highlighted in yellow, we expect you to be at Senior Portfolio Night for a scheduled portfolio interview. If your name is highlighted in pink, we expect you to have your internship display set up at Portfolio Night. Portfolio Night is May 28th between 6 and 8 pm. Interns must be here at 5pm to set up your display. Portfolio Interviewers will be assigned an interview time and a message will be delivered to your SRT within the next 2 weeks. If there are any discrepancies on the list, please see Mrs. Brown ASAP.

Lunch Menu For Today

Today the cafeteria will be serving: Macaroni and Cheese, Tender Peas, Apple Kisses; Lotsa Meatsa Pizza; Roast Beef and Provlone Cheese on Multi Grain Bread; Spicy Chicken Patty on Bun; Balanced Choices Meal: Grilled Chicken and Vegetables on Submarine Bun, Macaroni Salad, Fresh Orange; Turkey Club Salad w/Bread Choice; Select a free Aquafina Water.

Attention Current and Past Teen CERT members:

All current and past Teen CERT members need to come to the office and pick up and complete a questionnaire related to CPR/AED/First Aid training. The survey will need to be completed and turned in to the office by May 9th.

Attention Freshmen:

A rep from Herff Jones will be at MHS for lunches on May 13th for ring orders.

Seniors:

Please stop by Mr. Bigham's room during SRT to check out your interview panel and appointment time for Senior Portfolio Night.

*Attention all MHS Sportsmen's Club Members:

We will have our final meeting on Monday, May 12th during 1st breakout in B-206. We will go over all activities that are availiable from now through next fall. If you want to participate you need to attend this meeting or see Mr. Walline! First breakout 2nd period for 12nd and 11th graders and first breakout 4th period for 10th and 9th

Attention All Students:

Are you interested in being a class officer or a member of Student Council next year? If so, pick up information from Mrs. Kanitz in D205 or Mrs. Glushyn in B107. Petitions are due May 22.

Attention: National Honor Society and Student Council members:

Your help is need this Saturday, May 10, 2008 for a Car Booster Seat giveaway. Please sign up with Mr. Porter (room A203) if you can help Saturday morning.

Bahamas Pre-Trip Meeting

When to Meet: Friday, May 16, 2008 at 6 pm.Where to Meet: Room C205 in Milan High School (enter in main entrance and head upstairs. What to Bring: Passport or copy of passport.
